Membership terms
This policy is a draft. Memberships remain closed until the final business and legal details are approved.
What membership includes.
£4.99 per month, with two new five-minute narrated animations each month and access to the growing published members’ library while subscribed. This is a recurring subscription, not a one-off purchase. The full free sample is separate and requires no account.
Renewal and cancellation.
Membership renews monthly until cancelled. Cancel in your grown-up account through Manage billing & cancellation before the next renewal. Access continues until the end of your paid month. No annual commitment. Statutory rights are not excluded.
Shared stories, not veterinary instruction.
The intended audience is a child aged 3–5 with a parent, carer or trusted adult. Gracie is fictional and is not a veterinary professional. Seek professional advice about a real animal’s health.
Before accepting payment.
We must confirm the trader’s legal identity, address and support contact; inclusive pricing and tax treatment; billing dates; delivery schedule; cancellation and refund rules; applicable cooling-off rights and any digital-content consent; service availability, accessibility and device support; and the complaints process. No statutory right may be removed by these draft terms.
Personal household use.
Membership is intended for private household viewing, not public screening, redistribution or resale. Final licence terms require approval before launch.
